HOW OFTEN SHOULD I VISIT SALT HAVEN?

Each individual's needs can vary. The amount of sessions depends upon what specific issue you are looking to target. You may  begin to experience relief after one session.

Salt Therapy is most effective when administered at a minimum of twice a week for 6-8 weeks.

Once you have completed the initial recommended visits, it is important to maintain your visits for optimal wellness.  You will be able to determine when you will  need your next session.

WHAT SHOULD I DO DURING MY SESSION?

While in the Salt Room, you can just sit back, relax and breathe deeply while listening to relaxing music or you may bring a book to read, or just close your eyes and unwind. Feel free to fall asleep or meditate.

WILL I FEEL ANY DIFFERENCE AFTER MY SESSION?

You may notice a difference  after your first session.  Coughing or some sinus drainage is very common.  This is  a normal reaction to Salt Therapy and an assurance that it is working.  You also may find that you are getting a better night's sleep.
